Work Experience
I am responsible for the Salesforce practice at Centric, which means I help companies implement, redesign, strategize, and achieve a return on their Salesforce investment.
I have more than 15 years of experience in the CRM industry, business development, and lead management consulting, with fortune 500 manufacturers, transportation providers, and small to medium-sized organizations.
I specialize in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot. I have the unique experience of being a user, manager, administrator, and consultant on the Salesforce platform.
Get to Know Me
I am married with two beautiful, intelligent daughters, that keep us busy with dance and sports. I serve on the board of the PTO for Sharon Elementary in Medina and help with Girl Scouts. I am an avid reader and binge-worthy show watcher. I also enjoy learning!
What’s the best trip I’ve ever taken and why?
The best trip I’ve ever taken was a surprise trip to New York City at Christmas. My husband and I spent the long weekend admiring the sites and decorations, had fun shopping, and enjoyed terrific meals. It was my favorite trip because I’ve been obsessed with the Rockefeller Christmas tree since Home Alone 2 was released, and it was my first time seeing the tradition in person.
What’s your favorite book, and why?
I love so many books, but my favorites have been stories related to young women, in precarious situations that have become successful. I’m also a fan of historical fiction. I enjoy hearing other’s stories of perseverance and learning about history while being entertained. Some of my favorites are Educated, The Glass Castle, The Secret Life of Bees, Lilac Girls, The Nightingale, and All the Light We Cannot See.
What do you like to do for fun?
My husband and I appreciate nights dining at Cleveland area restaurants and attending sporting events or plays. As a family, we spend as much time outdoors as possible and really get into holidays! We have many Christmas traditions, host an annual fourth of July party and a Halloween clam bake.
