We’ve been remote since 1999. In fact, we wrote the book on it. Want to work from a coffee shop? Work from anywhere, as projects allow. Need to pick up the kids from school? We’re flexible.
We trust our employees to get the job done. That’s why we don’t fuss when it comes to taking time off. You get a self-managed PTO plan. We also offer paid parental leave — including foster and adopted children — and support for parents returning to work.
Having time to build personal connections is important. Throughout the year, Centric hosts both virtual and in-person company-wide events, including at least one in-person meeting. Historically this has also included destination trips – including plus-ones – centered around relationship-building and fun.
