Consulting Magazine recognized Centric’s Kelsey Fyfe as a 2025 Women Leader in Consulting.
Kelsey Fyfe, a Partner and Director on Centric’s Cleveland Team, has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of only 55 professional women nationwide honored in the 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting Awards.
Fyfe was selected for her excellence in client service. Now in its 20th year, the Women Leaders in Consulting Awards recognize outstanding women in the consulting industry for their contributions to the profession. Winners are selected across seven categories: Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Client Service, Future Leader, Mentor of the Year, DEI Champion, ESG Champion, and Lifetime Achievement.
Since joining Centric in 2020, Fyfe has achieved outstanding results, building and mentoring a team of consultants across all career levels while consistently delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and the firm. Her approach to client relationships goes beyond service delivery—she serves as a trusted strategic partner, helping clients navigate complex challenges in data analytics, cybersecurity, project management, automation, and change management.
“Kelsey embodies what it means to be a true partner to our clients,” said Joe Smucny, Vice President and Partner at Centric Consulting. “Entrepreneurship and creating unmatched experiences have always been in her blood—she helped start Flyer Consulting back when she was at the University of Dayton, proving early on her drive to build something meaningful. Her ability to bring together the right people and resources to solve problems, while simultaneously developing the next generation of consulting talent, makes her an invaluable leader at Centric.”
Beyond her client work, Fyfe advises Centric’s NextCen employee resource group, which supports emerging professionals in their career development. Her commitment to mentorship and creating environments where talented people can thrive has made a lasting impact on countless consultants’ careers.
“I was deeply humbled to learn that I have had a positive impact on people’s growth by openly sharing how things work and spending time when people expressed areas of interest,” Fyfe said. “I’m very much looking forward to continuing to coach, guide, and mentor if it can help someone become the best version of their professional self.”
In response to receiving the honor, Fyfe added: “Being the liaison and conduit between clients with deeply complex and important challenges and a team of extremely smart and capable consultants is truly what keeps me coming to work every day.”
