Missouri State University appointed Kathi Paquet to join the advisory board for their Customer Experience Certificate Program.
Missouri State University recently appointed Kathi Paquet, Senior IT Consultant for our Saint Louis team, to their Customer Experience Advisory Board for her digital and agile transformation experience, as well as her expertise in IT security.
The university selects and invites executives from around them to join the board to provide students with an exclusive group of individuals with diverse industry backgrounds. These innovative leaders support linking industry with academia to help ensure the school’s work is relevant and benefits the business community.
“I am excited to be a part of the Advisory Board!” said Kathi. “Most often, organizations only think about customers as the people who purchase their products or services. In the Identity Access Management (IAM) domain, the internal customer experience is overlooked. I am looking forward to bringing the security perspective into CX to provide a frictionless user experience across all IAM activities.”
Board members contribute to the school in various ways, including:
- Preserving and enhancing the reputation and quality of Missouri State University through a strategic review of our credit and noncredit offerings to the community and helping to build value to the business community.
- Offering the benefits of experience to the faculty and students through occasional classroom visits, forums and conferences, input on programs.
- Promoting the University’s goal of linking industry with academia to help ensure work is relevant and benefits the business community.
The Customer Experience Advisory Board specifically supports the school’s 8-week Customer Experience Certificate Program.
