Centric ranked fourth in the medium-sized company category on the Charlotte Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list.
The Charlotte Business Journal recently recognized Centric Consulting as one of the best places to work. We ranked fourth out of 20 finalist companies in the Charlotte region.
Quantum Workplace supports the Charlotte Business Journal’s annual program to honor remarkable organizations in the region. They determine all the Best Places to Work rankings exclusively based on employees’ responses to Quantum’s Best Places to Work Survey, which includes 30 questions about company culture and leadership.
“Leadership consistency and transparency have always been the model at Centric Consulting. That is how we attract and retain the best and brightest talent,” said Charlie Michaels, Charlotte Practice Lead. “I feel Centric is the best place to work in Charlotte and every market we serve across the US.”
Our Charlotte business unit opened in 2016 and has grown by a third in size in the past year and a half. The Charlotte team meets weekly virtually and schedules monthly in-person opportunities for connection and team bonding. Employees can opt into a casual book club where they meet bi-weekly to discuss topics ranging from leadership to business development to personal growth. The Charlotte team also hosts numerous volunteer events annually, providing employees to give back locally.
“We are humbled and honored to be ranked one of the Best Places to Work in Charlotte. This means so much to the professionals in our Centric Charlotte Business Unit and our 1,500 plus worldwide professionals from Centric who work together to create unmatched experiences for our customers and employees,” said Lance McAlister, Financial Services Practice and Charlotte Lead. “Congratulations to our team and all other companies recognized. We are proud to receive this recognition among all of the great companies in Charlotte.”
