IT Strategy, Outsourcing, and Custom Application Development
Work Experience
Growing up, all I wanted to do was to write code. When I got my first job as an application developer, I worked hard, and it provided me with more learning and opportunity than I could have hoped. I was fortunate to have many great teachers, work with different technologies, and learn the ropes of working with clients along the way.
Now, with more than 25 years of experience as an information technology leader, I am responsible for providing strategic solutions that maximize the benefits of technology while balancing business needs and demands. My biggest focus is always on listening to my clients to truly understand their issues.
Get to Know Me
I enjoy spending time with my wife, four children and our dog. I am also an avid triathlete and try to catch a quick swim, bike or run whenever possible.
We love to eat together as a family, and a friend of mine introduced me to a game where you choose a restaurant you have not been to by rotating through the letters of the alphabet. There are so many options and great places to go, so it’s nice to try somewhere new.

What’s the best trip you’ve ever taken and why?
My favorite trip was vacationing in Hawaii with my wife. It was the perfect balance of relaxation, sightseeing and great food.
What energizes you and brings you excitement?
One thing I say when talking to job applicants coming out of college or people searching for their next career is to try to zero in on your passion. For me, it’s easy – what keeps me going is the intimacy created with a client when we solve the real problem by really listening to them, delivering a win/win for both teams.
That’s the piece of my job that I absolutely love – when you nail it. That keeps me going and is why everyone needs to find their passion.
