Mason, D365 Business Central Solution Architect, will present on the Business Central (BC) track: “Let’s Talk About Your Environment’s Health and Maintaining It!” from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on August 27. His session will focus on optimizing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments, sharing best practices, tips and tools to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently for both seasoned users and those new to Business Central.
Butler, Director of Microsoft Business Applications, will co-present on the Customer Engagement (CE) track “Elevating Service with Dynamics 365 and Copilot” with Jason Geier, Senior CRM Manager at American Modern Insurance Group, also from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. This 60-minute session is designed for customer service professionals and Dynamics 365 end users. Butler will explore how combining Dynamics 365 Customer Service with Microsoft’s Copilot technology and AI capabilities can deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing operational efficiency.
