Centric Consulting Partners with UiPath to Provide Free AI Automation Training and Certification

Centric Consulting is one of four global partners supporting UiPath’s Upskill to Agentic Automation program. The program provides free training for workers to grow capability in automation, artificial intelligence, and agentic automation.

Tracy Dixon, Centric Consulting’s UiPath MVP and automation partnership leader, supports the program as both a speaker and facilitator. She brings years of involvement in the UiPath community, including speaking engagements, mentoring, and technical leadership.   

“Automation and AI training creates a ripple effect that impacts far more than a single person,” Dixon said. “As workers develop and apply new automation and AI skills, the time savings positively impact their teams, families, and the communities they support. Our aim is to give people back their time and energy, to devote to what matters most.” 

About the Program 

UiPath launched this program in response to significant workforce shifts in the public sector, giving displaced workers and others seeking new opportunities an accessible way to build skills for the future. 

While initially conceived to support those affected by government layoffs, the program now serves a much wider audience. It offers a practical entry point for anyone interested in developing automation and AI skills, including business analysts, developers, and other professionals looking to expand their capabilities. 

The Upskill to Agentic Automation program combines self paced learning with instructor led sessions, cohort based engagement, and community support. Participants build automation, AI, and agentic skills while also receiving guidance on career development, job readiness, and next step planning.  

“We created this program to provide meaningful support during a challenging time for many professionals,” said Diana Gray, Senior Community Marketing Manager, Americas at UiPath. “Through partnerships with industry leaders, we are able to offer not only training but mentorship and practical guidance from experts working directly in the automation and AI space.” 

Participants who complete their tracks can earn digital credentials to demonstrate their skills and pursue industry-recognized UiPath certification exams. 

Professionals can still register for the Upskill to Agentic Automation program.  Although the series is underway, participants have access to recorded sessions and can take part in upcoming live training and self paced learning.
