Centric Miami Practice Lead Kim Caruthers delivered a presentation on November 17th to the Leadership Broward Class of 2017.
Leadership Broward is a premier leadership development program designed for adults who currently hold leadership positions and are involved in their community. During the 10-month program, participants are formed into teams and given community projects.
In support of this effort, Kim presented on the topic of project management: the process, practice, and tips for success.
