Operationalizing Insurance with Data
Join our Cincinnati team for a special event on Sept. 7 at 5 p.m. EDT. We will discuss how insurance carriers can better harness data and analytics to help drive their business decision-making process.
In an industry that relies so heavily on data-driven insights, the biggest challenges insurance carriers face are data availability, transparency and adoption.
In today’s world, we can obtain vast amounts of data through cutting-edge data and analytics software, but software alone will not bring true value to a business when it comes to improving operations and strategic decision making. For insurance companies to grow, they must enhance internal business processes that affect how they access, manage and prioritize digital transformation.
Whether you are an underwriter trying to optimize your pipeline, a claims manager who wants to keep track of the first notice of loss processing, or a salesperson wanting to have more impactful conversations with agents about your book of business, our event will help you realize how harnessing the power of data and analytics can help drive your business’s decision-making process for the better.
Our National Data and Analytics Practice Co-Leads Kris Moniz and Faisal Malik will cover:
- How realizing the power of analytics can help produce concrete value at your company
- How focusing on a specific workstream while using analytics can enable decision making and process improvement
- How artificial intelligence and machine learning can help with cost optimization, forecasting and predictive analytics, innovation and more.
We will conclude our presentation with a Q&A session to answer questions attendees care about most and a happy hour and networking session with food and drinks.
