Work Experience
Mike has more than twenty years of experience providing strategic and tactical consulting services. These consulting services include Business Performance Improvement, IT Planning and Governance, Enterprise Architecture Consulting, and Security / Risk and Compliance. His primary domain focus areas are Customer Information Systems (CIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Large Account Billing Systems and Load Profile and Settlement Systems for electric and gas utilities, independent system operators, and unregulated energy service providers.
He is also responsible for new business development and vendor alliances specific to the E&U marketplace. Mike has an extensive systems integration and custom software development background, including global / offshore based services.
Personal Statement
Mike lives in Western North Carolina. In addition to having more than 18 years providing IT consulting and alliances services in the Utility industry, Mike is involved in several other leadership roles. He is currently the co-chair for the Highlands Relay For Life, on the Vestry for the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation, is the Diocesan Stewardship Chair for the Diocese for Western North Carolina and is an Assistant Scoutmaster for his two son’s Boy Scout Troop.
