Martin brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of insurance, consulting, and technology strategy. He has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to insurance leaders, with a proven track record of driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering transformative results for both vendors and insurers.
Most recently, Martin served as Senior Principal and Vice President at Datos Insights (formerly Novarica), where he was the top performer in consulting revenue for five consecutive years. He has advised more than 150 insurers and 75 technology vendors, authored influential research, and spoken at major industry conferences including DIGIN, ITC, and Connections.
Earlier in his career, Martin held executive roles at HealthEdge, where he led a 120-person professional services team, and at PlumChoice, where he modernized the engineering organization and helped secure a strategic acquisition. He also founded and successfully exited Cosenta LLC, a firm focused on CRM and analytics solutions for the P&C middle market.
Martin’s deep expertise spans the full insurance technology value stream—from policy and claims systems to data analytics and AI. He is also widely recognized for his ability to align IT strategy with business goals and to build strong partnerships across the industry.
