Work Experience
I have a fun job here at Centric, I get to bring a lot of my past work experiences in technology, management consulting and customer experience into a role helping clients navigate chaos and complexity.
My particular area of expertise in human interaction with technology and processes helps ensure intended changes will have the desired impact. By focusing on the human side of transformation, I get to help organizations design solutions that work in the real world, with real (and often unpredictable) people.
Get to Know Me
Although it wasn’t part of my original plan, my studies in philosophy and sociology, followed by graduate work in business ended up complementing each other in unexpected ways. They’ve also become areas I remain deeply passionate about and continue to explore through ongoing reading and learning.
My personal life reflects that same mix of structure and creativity. If I’m not at work or wandering through some obscure part of the globe, I’m probably in my shop building something in metal or wood.
Hidden Talent
My hidden talent is that I put myself through school as a welder and carpenter—and I still love honing those skills in my spare time.
