- AWS IoT Greengrass extends the AWS IoT to edge devices, allowing them to act locally on the data they create, run predictions, and aggregate and filter device data. You can use AWS IoT Greengrass to build edge applications using pre-built software modules, called components, that connect your edge devices to AWS services or third-party services.
- AWS IoT Device Management does exactly what it says: it helps you monitor and oversee the large number of devices that make up your IoT ecosystem. It enables you to keep your IoT devices safe and secure, monitors their health, troubleshoots potential problems, and manages software and firmware updates.
- AWS IoT Events allows you to monitor events from IoT sensors and take action in response. Events are data patterns that recognize more complicated circumstances than expected, such as motion detectors activating lights and security cameras based on movement signals. AWS IoT Events monitors data continuously from multiple IoT sensors and applications and integrates with other services, such as AWS IoT Core, IoT SiteWise, DynamoDB, and others, to enable early detection and unique insights.
