Ken Stark joins our Indianapolis team as the new Operational Excellence Service Offering Lead. Ken brings with him over 20 years of experience in process improvement, spanning healthcare and financial service industries, along with data analysis, data storytelling, and project and team leadership.
Most recently, Ken was a Director, Master Black Belt with UnitedHealthcare for over 11 years, where he was instrumental in coaching and mentoring Black Belts across the three lines of business and was a core trainer on technical content (statistics, hypothesis testing, regression and modeling).
As a Deployment Partner, Ken was a trusted advisor to leaders in the Finance, Specialty Benefits, Claims, Payment Integrity, and Consumer Service areas, helping them deploy scarce resources to achieve their goals and realize value.
When he is not working, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife, woodworking, traveling, and photography.
