With nearly three decades of experience in IT and management consulting, he brings expertise in AI, automation, cloud platforms, DevOps, quality assurance, and agile development, with a focus on speed to market and scaling for technology initiatives. His recent work has centered on helping Fortune 500 companies build AI solutions for process automation, personalized customer experiences, and value chain optimization.
Joseph is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, InformationWeek, Crain’s Business, TechRadar, and other regional and national publications, covering AI readiness, planning, and governance.
