I am currently responsible for Centric’s national Business Development function. In this role, I work collaboratively with Centric’s marketing team, as well as our capability, industry and market leaders to bring the best possible set of solutions to our clients.
Preceeding this role, I ran Centric’s Columbus business unit where I had direct responsiblity for growth the of the practice, client delivery success and ensuring that we delivered on our core purpose of an unmatched client experience.
Through 27 years of consulting experience working directly with clients I’ve learned that no two organizations are alike. Every company has unique challenges and cultural norms that call for both personalized and customized approaches that meet the needs of leadership’s vision for the organization and are also enabled through an aligned workforce, strong efficient processes and modern enabling technologies.

I love to travel! When I’m not traveling, I’m planning travel. I have a passion for seeing the world and most recently have been doing this by sailboat with family and friends whenever time allows. My husband fills the role of skipper while I plan for provisions, act as our boat’s chef, as well as entertainment director.
The fact that Centric has always had an “Office Optional” model allows me to live our travel dream while still being able to work remotely. It truly is the best of both worlds.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
There’s no such thing as work life balance. Every day you get to decide what has to take priority on that particular day. Some days it’s work, other days it’s family, and some days it’s your own personal needs. Giving yourself grace to not have to balance everything perfectly, and allowing a structure in which to prioritize what’s most important daily will keep you happy, healthy and sane.
