Kent Hansen
Kent Hansen is joining our Business Consulting Services team as our National Operational Excellence Co-Lead. He has 15 years of experience in consulting, focusing on building process automation solutions, with a deep background in analytics, architecture and team leadership.
Kent comes to us from PwC, where he built his automation and analytics practice from 5 to 40 employees within a few years during the data explosion of the early 2010s. His practice spanned all industries, but he spent the last few years focused on bringing automation solutions to the healthcare industry.
Kent loves to spend time with his wife and four children and working on his young apple orchard, which he hopes to open to the public in 2025.
Cheryl Strait
Cheryl Strait is joining us as our new Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management Practice Lead. Cheryl brings over 25 years of experience in consulting, spanning, strategy, business development, practice management, delivery excellence and team leadership.
Most recently, Cheryl was Vice President of BPMO and Corporate Services for Amerisure Insurance, focused on everything from strategic planning, business process, portfolio management, program & project management, facilities management, and purchasing. Before that, she led management consulting practices focused on portfolio, program, and project management servicing a broad spectrum of industries, including federal government, automotive, pharmaceutical, power and utilities, financial services, insurance and education.
When not working, Cheryl and her family are avid golfers. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, birding and reading.
