Members of our Miami team and our National Digital practice team leads attended the Latin American Marketing Summit to learn and collaborate with local brands on the latest in the marketing world.
On February 7 and 8, our Miami team and our digital practice leads participated in the Latin American Marketing Summit in Miami. We had representation from Marketing Operations and Customer Experience and Design.
Our National Customer Experience and Design lead Bill Bulman spoke on the “Optimizing Customer Experience” panel which included senior executives from Microsoft, Norwegian Cruise Line, Wendy’s and Ricoh.
On day two of the event, Michael McNeal took part in the “Digital Engagement and the Future of Marketing” panel along with executives from Heineken and Lapiz. This event draws extensive participation from enterprise marketing professionals from South Florida’s extensive regional Latin American headquarter community. The event resulted in great conversations on the show floor and at the Centric booth.
