Set for April 15-19 in Orlando, Florida, the Building Business Capability Conference is an industry-leading event that provides relevant topics on building capabilities across people, products, knowledge, and data. The 2024 theme is “Igniting Your Potential.”
Three Centric Consulting leaders are slated to present at the 2024 Building Business Capability Conference.
Joseph Ours, our Director of AI Strategy and Modern Software Delivery, will present “Harnessing the AI Revolution: Embracing ChatGPT and AI for Organizational Success” on Tuesday, April 16.
Ours will dive into the AI revolution, focusing on the pivotal role of advanced technologies like ChatGPT in organizational success. He will explore the factors propelling ChatGPT’s viral moment and unpack why its popularity should not have come as a surprise but as an inevitable consequence of an increasingly AI-reliant landscape. AI capabilities and solutions will also be up for discussion.
“Emphasizing the urgency of AI adoption for both individual and corporate success, the presentation will provide tangible examples of how ChatGPT can enhance your teams’ productivity,” the agenda says. “It will offer insights into the critical factors your organization needs to consider for safe AI utilization.”
Leaders for our Strategy Alignment and Architecture practice, Jo Gilmore and Darren Rehrer, will present “Building Product and Knowledge Capability: The Powerhouse Duo” on Thursday, April 18.
The two will discuss the importance of product and knowledge capability for business success and share strategies for building both based on real-world examples.

In addition to the presentation, Gilmore will serve as a mentor for the Women in Technology track for Building Business Capability, which is slated for Friday, April 19.
