For the last 19 years, we’ve focused on doing what’s right by our clients and employees. We built our company on the relationships we’ve forged, while working together to solve tough project challenges, celebrate successes, and stay active in our communities.
Over time, our company has grown to include more than 800 employees and 13 locations. With maturity also comes change. We needed a new website to reflect our breadth of experience, dedication to our clients and people, and modern thinking.
Our new photography style features real people solving problems, enjoying successes, and being human. We select naturally lit, beautifully shot slices of life.
We also needed a site that gave us a palette to better showcase what makes us different – our genuine people who strive to go over and above every day. We’re working to take you inside our walls by sharing what “the couch” means to us, how we work with clients, and why we’re committed to providing unmatched experiences.
Our people have always been our greatest asset and we’ve seized the opportunity to better reflect that in our new website and future branding initiatives. We’re using this new website as a platform to build from and share more about who we are. Because we understand that it’s the people behind the company logo that matter most.
Our new header typeface, Muli, is clear, straightforward and approachable. Just like our consultants.
Our iconography is playful, minimalist and consistent. We take a no-nonsense approach to our work, and wanted to illustrate that simplistically in our graphics.

We are thought leaders with expertise in many fields. We learn and share through storytelling and listening, and have more than 100 individual writers who’ve contributed their knowledge.
Our voice is approachable and real. We strive to keep our writing free of jargon and corporate speech because we’re not trying to impress you with our knowledge as much as lend a different perspective. Besides, it makes learning easier and more fun.
We selected a few colors from our brand guidelines to feature on our website. You’ll notice our primary colors – purple and yellow – throughout the website, and shades of blues as accents. We pair our colors with plenty of white space to allow the photography of our people and clients to shine.
It really does take a village! Our team worked tirelessly to create a design that is not only modern, but reflects who we are, how we work, and why we’re here.
