Centric Hosts Internal Coaching Workshop
February 21, 2013 — Centric hosted a Coaching Workshop for 14 employees who have been selected as Centric Coaches in 2013.
New coaches will act as a support system for other employees in managing their careers.
The all-day launch event gave these new coaches an opportunity to learn more about Centric’s internal coaching model, work with each other and learn best-practice leadership techniques.
The goal of the event was to make each employee more comfortable in their new function as coach and become more knowledgeable on the guidelines and principles involved in the role.
About Coaching at Centric
Centric’s goal is to make coaching a differentiated part of the tools offered to employees to manage their careers. In 2013, Centric has made changes to the Coaching Model to ensure people have access to highly trained, passionate individuals who can help them assess and articulate their goals, create a plan to achieve them and then hold others accountable to the plan.
Coaching is an optional part of Centric’s model that people can have access to if they want it. It is highly encouraged option though as people “choose their own adventure” in managing their careers.
