Rahn shared knowledge gained from working on process change with Centric clients in his presentation about enabling sales teams to automate and streamline internal processes.

Centric has delivered solutions for clients with K2 software for almost 10 years. Rahn’s presentation showcased how we pivoted a client’s data loss crisis into an opportunity to rethink their current processes to gain consistency, accuracy and speed.
Our Operational Excellence team guided the company to understand, simplify and automate their processes, many of which they ran through paper and email channels, and increase standardization through Nintex workflow cloud tools. Rahn’s presentation broke down how we helped our client accomplish their goals.
