Work Experience
I am responsible for business development, delivery excellence and general management of Centric Consulting’s National EPPM practice team. I have more than 20 years of experience in strategy, process and technology consulting with experiences at Accenture, Deloitte and Cigna.
I have experience in professional services, federal government, technology services and health services industries.
I’m a boomerang consultant. I left consulting after 15 years due to major travel and caring for my children, and Centric provides me the ability to do what I love (consulting) while having a better balance of personal and professional time.
Get to Know Me
I am married with two children and three dogs. Sports is a big theme for my family. We live in St. Louis, Missouri. I coach my daughter’s softball team. I studied business management and Spanish in college.
I grew up with parents with two different cultures. My mom was born in Quito, Ecuador, and we’re planning our trip to Ecuador this fall.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

What’s the best trip you’ve ever taken and why?
My husband and I did a destination wedding in my mother’s birth country (Quito, Ecuador). We had over 70 family and friends fly to Ecuador. After the wedding, my husband and I visited the Galapagos Island – amazing place!
What is your favorite book?
I’m a big fan of Simon Sinek’s writing, such as Start with Why, Why Leaders Eat Last, and Infinite Game.
What energizes you and brings you excitement?
Serving others.
