Notice to Staffing and Recruiting Agencies, Placement Services and Professional Recruiters
Centric Consulting LLC, including its’ affiliates (“Centric”), has an internal recruiting department and designated Careers site for individuals seeking opportunities at Centric. Centric may supplement their internal capability from time to time with assistance from temporary staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”). The submission of referrals or resumes directly to Centric employees by anyone other than the candidate is strictly prohibited. Agencies are specifically directed not to contact Centric employees directly in an attempt to present candidates.
To protect the interest of all parties, any unsolicited resumes sent to Centric by any search agencies, staffing agencies, fee-based referral services, headhunters, or recruitment agencies, in any medium, including but not limited to a Centric employee or a Centric resume database (which includes those sent to a Centric mailing address, fax, or email address), will be considered Centric property. Further, Centric will not pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume.
All agencies must obtain advance written approval from Centric’s recruiting department to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed contract for service and in response to a specific job opening. Centric will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such an agreement in place.
Centric hereby rejects and denies any liability under any agreement purporting to be accepted based on negative consent, negotiation with a candidate, performance, or any means other than the signature of a designated Centric officer. No other Centric employee is authorized to bind Centric to any agreement regarding the placement of candidates by Agencies. Any resume submitted in the absence of a signed agreement will become the property of Centric and no fee shall be due.
