The recognition highlights a commitment to employee experience built on culture, core purpose, and values.
Centric Consulting, a leading business and technology consulting firm, has been recognized for the 9th time in Consulting Magazine’s Best Firms to Work For.
Winners are selected based on comprehensive surveys completed by consultants at each firm, assessing six critical dimensions of the employee experience: culture, career development, work-life balance, client engagement, compensation and benefits, and firm leadership. Consulting Magazine evaluates and compares firms and against all other qualifying organizations.
“One of the best indicators of a strong, resilient culture for a consulting organization is how employees respond in times of rapid, unprecedented change,” said Larry English, CEO of Centric Consulting. “Our consultants have stepped up in a big way this year to meet the challenges that agentic AI, economic conditions, and our dynamic business environment present to them every day.”
English added that in such times, it is important for employees to stand on a firm foundation. Centric provides this foundation by remaining true to its core purpose of creating unmatched experiences for clients and employees while remaining committed to the company’s culture and seven core values:
- commit to delivery excellence
- embrace integrity and openness
- practice responsible stewardship
- invest in an exceptional culture
- ignite passion for the greater good
- strive to innovate
- live a balanced life
“Our core values have not changed since we started Centric in 1999, and it is gratifying to see them still guiding our employees as they help our clients succeed, no matter what,” English said.
A key component of Centric’s culture is Centric Together, which includes the company’s employee resource groups (ERGs) and community groups. These employee-led groups are embedded in Centric’s business priorities with clear ownership, governance, accountability, and expanded learning opportunities.
“We have a framework and structure in place that will allow our ERGs and community groups to grow with Centric and become part of how we operate,” English said. “With one in two Centric employees involved with Centric Together in some way, hundreds of employees now have a shared network for connection, professional development, shared learning, and support. It’s a significant accomplishment for our company and our culture.”
Centric employees also take pride in giving back to their communities. Whether by helping respond to a devastating tornado, raising money to fight cancer, or collecting food or school supplies for their communities, Centric employees regularly join friends and families to have fun and support the greater good.
