For the third year in a row, Centric Chicago volunteered at Feed My Starving Children‘s food packing event on April 1.

Volunteers helped create MannaPacks, a rice food formula specifically designed to meet the nutritional needs of malnourished children around the world. They packed a mix of vitamins, dehydrated vegetables, soy, and rice to create 142 MannaPacks.

These packs equate to 30,672 which will feed 84 children in the Dominican Republican for a year.

This year’s participants: Kerri and Andy Cohen, Carla Cubert, Scott Fitzgibbons, Jeanne Fitzgibbons, Katie Fitzgibbons, Kathy Gentile and her mother, Mauro Giovagnoli, Bob Hilgart, Michelle Hilgart and Andrew Hilgart.
