Consulting Magazine recently recognized data and analytics expert Becky Gandillion as a Future Leader.
November 8, 2022, DAYTON, OH – Centric Consulting, an international business and technology consulting firm, announced that Consulting Magazine honored Becky Gandillon with the Women Leaders in Consulting 2022 Award.
For more than 15 years, Consulting Magazine has worked to identify and recognize the impact of women’s leadership in the consulting profession. According to the magazine, “As a voice for our industry, we believe it is important to point up the success and leadership of outstanding consultants as they make an increasingly profound difference for their firms, clients, future women leaders and entrants to the profession.”
Becky Gandillon, Data & Analytics Lead for Centric’s St. Louis Operating Group, was one of only six female consulting professionals from across the U.S. named in the award’s Future Leaders category. Becky has been an instrumental leader at Centric and has established herself as a trusted partner and authority in the data and analytics domain.
“From sharing her passion for data-driven insights that improve the customer experience at Disney World to storytelling with data through her video blogs to presentations at leading industry conferences, Becky’s leadership and passion for our clients, our people and our industry is apparent. She exemplifies Centric’s ethos of providing unmatched customer and employee experiences,” said Jason Caulk, Senior Manager at Centric.
Becky is honored to be recognized as an up-and-coming leader. “This recognition affirms the importance of my voice and my perspective. It shines a light on my ability to push through difficult situations and to come out stronger than I was before,” said Gandillon. “I am proud to be impacting lives in my role today and to be on a path to make even more of a difference as a future leader.”
Becky Gandillon specializes in data storytelling, data strategy and visualization. She began her career as a biomedical engineer at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she discovered and honed her talent and passion for blending problem-solving and data analytics. Since moving over into the world of consulting, she has completed projects and certifications in fields as varied as computer vision/machine learning, data architecture, data visualization and data strategy. She is also a big Disney nerd who spends some of her free time analyzing and predicting crowd patterns at Disney World, blogging about these analyses, and maintaining a popular YouTube channel and Instagram site with all the information she generates.
