Joseph Ours to Show How AI Agents Amplify Human Intelligence at AI Rising

Centric Consulting’s AI Strategy Lead Joseph Ours will present at the AI Rising Conference Monday, Sept. 8. 

The event, which will be held at the Ohioan Hotel & Event Center in Lewis Center, focuses on AI for Growth with strategic discussions, expert insights and practical applications designed for decision-makers and tech leaders.

The presentation will examine how three distinct categories of agents, reactive, process and adaptive, serve as specialized colleagues, providing immediate context-aware support, orchestrating complex workflows alongside human experts, and tackling open-ended problems through iterative collaboration. Attendees will learn practical approaches to developing balanced partnerships that enhance rather than replace human judgment, creating more fulfilling work experiences while gaining critical competitive advantages.
