Work Experience
I am the lead for Centric’s Project Portfolio Management practice. I help Centric practitioners and sales leaders identify and implement PPM solutions that address their key demand and resource management objectives.
I have over 20 years of experience designing and managing a variety of PMO practices and teams focused on delivering enterprise solutions. I have led Lean and Agile practices to improve core processes.
