On Friday, March 15, Centric held its annual all-team Spring Meeting in Columbus, Ohio. A yearly event, the Spring Meeting gave all employees a chance to catch up and learn together.
The meeting kicked off on Thursday evening, with a CenX event. Similar to TEDx Ted Talks, CenX gave several team members the chance to present short, 15-minute presentations on a topic important to them. Subjects for the evening ranged from “Agile and Waterfall,” to “Triathlons for Mortals” to “Life Lessons from Belly Dancing.”
The theme of the Spring Meeting was Growth 2, emphasizing both internal and external growth. Troy Hazard was Centric’s keynote speaker and encouraged attendees to make daily decisions to help achieve personal and collective visions.

Several team members also led breakout discussions that addressed how to better serve clients (topics focused on delivery, account management, creating unmatched client experiences, etc.) and enhance professional life (with topics on networking and social media).
Of course, a little fun with LEGO car races, Solo Cup tower competitions and business unit videos were also part of the day’s agenda.
