Richard brings over twenty-five years’ professional experience in IT, sales, operations, and management. His background includes project management, sales, and operational leadership as well as over eight years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Richard’s responsibilities as senior manager include business development, practice management, and client engagement delivery. Additionally, his position involves identification of new clients and engagements, development and negotiation of contracts, participation in strategic and annual business planning, recruiting and coaching resources.
Developing and contributing to Centric’s national focus on delivery and customer experience excellence are key elements of Richard’s job.
Richard’s commitment to providing excellent service means a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure his customer’s needs are met.
When Richard is not working, he is spending quality time with his family doing one of the many beautiful outdoor activities South Florida has to offer.
