Get to Know Me
I have been married to my wife Deanna for over 20 years and together we have two sons who are very active in school and athletics. When I am not working with my clients, I spend most of my free time training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or coaching my son’s baseball and basketball teams. I also enjoy working with several charitable veterans’ organizations around the Dallas – Ft. Worth Metroplex including Team RWB, the Travis Manion Foundation, and Team Rubicon.
What’s the best trip you’ve ever taken and why?
The best trip that I have ever taken was to watch my son Grady compete in the USA Baseball 12U National Team selection process in Los Angeles. Watching him compete alongside the top 100 players his age in the entire county helped me realize how much talent kids these days have at such young ages.
Who inspires you and why?
My parents have always been my biggest inspiration because of the commitment and determination they showed after starting a family while they were still teenagers. Their hard work, sacrifice, and tenacious spirits paved the way for me and my sisters to each go on to earn graduate degrees and establish strong professional careers.
What’s your favorite unmatched experience story?
My favorite unmatched experience story was being given the title of U.S. Marine while on top of a famous mountain at Camp Pendleton, California after 13 weeks of brutal recruit training. Making it through one of the most difficult military indoctrination training programs in the world helped me build the confidence that I use almost every day to face difficult problems for me, my family, and my clients.
“The rapid pace of transformation has increased the need for our clients to make the most out of their strategic investments.
