Here are this week’s featured positions; we’re hiring a Business Development Professional, a Detroit Practice Lead, and a Senior Manager for our Detroit location.
Business Development Professional
In this role, you will be a brand advocate. The relationships we create, the quality of the work that we do, and the integrity that we bring to every situation mean everything to us.
You will provide oversight and contribute to the development of new sales and operational materials. You need to be active in our community, finding new and creative ways to continue building your network and find new business opportunities to pursue. You will also drive direct sales efforts and sales enablement across the practice.
Detroit Practice Lead
In this position, you will help set operating group (OG) strategies and differentiate valid business opportunities. You will own and manage the oversight and expert guidance activities for multiple clients, projects and programs simultaneously while ensuring high quality of delivery and staffing across OG projects. You will recruit local lead resources to participate on the team as appropriate, providing mentorship to Detroit consultants as needed. And, you will also manage supply and demand planning and oversight for OG resources.
To thrive in this role, you need to be responsible for successfully managing and delivering the full life cycle of large, complex projects. You need to be accountable for driving solution leadership and/or people/project management across multiple projects simultaneously. You will measure, monitor and manage critical project statuses to support both client and Centric needs. You need to demonstrate successful creation, implementation and execution of defined plans, along with design, develop, and deliver engagement solutions that align with leading best practices and client requirements.
