Senior Manager, Business and Operations Consulting
To succeed in this role, you need to drive the development, growth and quality execution of all our Business Consulting capabilities (listed above). You need to provide thought leadership to our clients and drive sales and delivery of business consulting solutions and have consulting experience applying skills across a variety of industry and functional areas, working in small, flexible engagement teams.
Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant
In this position, you will quickly build an understanding of the client’s business, situation and desired outcome(s). You will coach the client on OCM best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored OCM solution that delivers value to the client and meets the client’s needs and expectations. You will also assess, strategize, plan and execute the needed OCM activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and (ultimately) sustainment.
In this role, you will work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology. You will lead project team members, and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences. And, you will partner with our clients to identify and resolve issues in a timely and transparent manner.
This position requires you to manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across projects. You will develop and manage program financials, including forecasting, profitability, invoicing and expense management. Also, you will maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (i.e., status reporting, issues management, and risk management).
