Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
In this position, you will be the main TA point person for local Chicago team implementing recruiting strategies to ensure a full talent pipeline. This includes sourcing and managing diverse candidate pipelines, with active and passive candidates, by utilizing e-recruitment tools, including but not limited to Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, university sourcing, and social and digital media channels. You will oversee the TA process for the local Operating Group while working closely with the Regional Team Lead to solution and/or resolve any issues. You will also recommend suggestions on ways to improve TA processes, metrics, and quality with local TA Specialists.
To thrive in this role you will need to work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology. You will lead project team members, and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences. You will also partner with our clients to identify and resolve issues, in a timely and transparent manner.
Senior Management Consultant – Business Strategy and Process Excellence
To succeed in this position you will drive development, growth and quality execution of all our Business Consulting capabilities. You will provide thought leadership to our clients and drive sales and delivery of business consulting solutions. You need to have consulting experience applying skills across a variety of industry and functional areas, working in small, flexible engagement teams. You will also work directly with our senior leadership team and partner closely with other Centric practices on strategy and roadmap development, assessments, operational process improvements, and execution.
Business Development Executive
In this role, you will develop a strategy for acquiring new clients for Centric in the greater Chicago region and build relationships with senior executives. You will evaluate potential market opportunities and competitors to ensure we are maximizing revenue and selling effectively against competitors. You will collaborate with potential clients in order to match the appropriate solution/technology to their requirements. You will also be active in our community, finding new and creative ways to continue building your network and find new business opportunities to pursue.
