Business and Operations Consulting Senior Manager
This person in this role will drive the development, growth and quality execution of all our Business Consulting capabilities. This role will provide thought leadership to our clients and drive sales and delivery of business consulting solutions. You need consulting experience to apply skills across a variety of industry and functional areas, working in small, flexible engagement teams.
Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant
In this role, you will quickly build an understanding of the client’s business, situation and desired outcome(s). You will coach the client on OCM best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored OCM solution that delivers value to the client and meets the client’s needs and expectations. And, you will assess, strategize, plan and execute the needed OCM activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and (ultimately) sustainment.
Business Development Executive
This position requires you to be responsible for building and leveraging existing client relationships and proactively finding and establishing new client relationships that align with Centric’s growth strategies. You will lead generation and pursuit of leads generated through marketing activities and networking events and assist in the planning and facilitation of marketing events.
In this position, you will work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology. You will lead project team members, and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences. And, you will partner with our clients to identify and resolve issues in a timely and transparent manner.
This role requires you to manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, everyday activities, and other dependencies across projects. You will develop and manage program financials, including forecasting, profitability, invoicing and expense management. You will also maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (i.e., status reporting, issues management, and risk management).
