Here are this week’s featured positions; we’re hiring a Graphic Designer, a Marketing Technologist, a Digital Marketing Manager and a Public Relations Specialist to work remotely for our National Marketing Team.
In this role, you will collaborate with leadership and marketing to modernize sales presentations, marketing collateral and advertisements. You will take complex ideas and translate them into powerful designs across social, web and print. This includes landing pages and e-mail campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, whitepapers and ebooks, and social media campaigns. Our ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective to create clear, inspiring and engaging design solutions.
To thrive in this role, you will manage all strategic and tactical initiatives related to Marketo administration, CRM lead management, and reporting. You will support all aspects of email marketing campaigns, lead generation processes, data/analytics reporting, and marketing data maintenance and manipulation through our existing CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo). You will also support marketing initiatives through marketing automation (building email programs and landing pages, scoring leads for sales follow-up, campaign-specific routing) and reporting on program performance (email engagement, new leads, pipeline and revenue generated/influenced).
Digital Marketing Manager
In this position, you will lead all activities in Centric’s digital ecosystem, which includes our website, marketing automation approach and paid media campaigns. You will oversee the planning and execution of all digital marketing, including search engine optimization, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. You will also design and implement digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic and engagement, analyze data traffic and user metrics, and ensure the consistency of the brand’s digital tone and presence. Our ideal candidate will not only help us to fine-tune our current digital approach but will serve as a visionary as we build out the team and processes for the future.
Public Relations Specialist
In this position, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining Centric’s public image. This includes developing strategic public relations initiatives about the firm and its services, handling media relations, identifying award opportunities, and creating social media campaigns from start to finish. You will also be responsible for developing PR plans that go hand-in-hand with marketing campaigns, supporting our national services and local business units, and helping increase brand awareness. Aspects of this include media relations, social media marketing, award strategy and internal education. Online portfolio or professional writing samples are required.
