Here are this week’s featured positions; we’re hiring a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant, a Project Manager, a Microsoft 365 Client Delivery Lead and a Senior Talent Sourcer for our Chicago location.
Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant
This role requires you to quickly build an understanding of the client’s business, situation and desired outcome(s). You will coach the client on OCM best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored OCM solution that delivers value to the client and meets the client’s needs and expectations. You will also assess, strategize, plan and execute the needed OCM activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and (ultimately) sustainment.
To succeed in this role, you must work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology. You will lead project team members and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences. And, you will partner with our clients to identify and resolve issues in a timely and transparent manner.
Microsoft 365 Client Delivery Lead
In this role, you will serve clients’ needs as a technical expert in Office 365 and related technologies. You will maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Office 365 and support the development of Office 365 strategy and roadmap deliverables. You will also lead the configuration, implementation, and migration of Office 365 capabilities and evaluate Office 365 changes and updates and determines the impact on clients.
Senior Talent Sourcer
In this position, you will strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns, utilizing internal tools such as Taleo, LinkedIn, Hiretual and so on for primary searches. You will screen and interview candidates to determine technical and leadership fit across several organizations. And you will leverage strategies to deliver a diverse and qualified candidate pool that reflects our communities.
