Enterprise Program Management Consultant
This person in this role will build trusted relationships with client leadership and other influential individuals within the client organization. You will develop a detailed understanding of the client’s business, situation and desired outcomes. You will evaluate the current state of the client’s value management and Enterprise Program Management capabilities using standardized assessment methods and tools.
Business Architecture Consultants
In this role, you will lead our client’s (executive management) through the development of their business architecture framework/plan (for the organization or line of business) by developing and translating business strategies and objectives into capabilities across people, processes, metrics/measurements, and technology. You will also act as a subject matter expert in business architecture framework development, tool suite selection and design, and methodology development (participate in developing the standard across all of Centric as well as applying/adapting to specific client engagements).
Senior Process Excellence Consultants
This position requires you to be well versed in process excellence, passionate about their clients, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions, and willing to travel up to 80% of the time across the US (primarily, but not limited to, our Centric locations listed above). You also need to be flexible and willing to tailor their approach based explicitly on the client’s needs. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements and process excellence programs across the various aspects of people, process, metrics, and technology.
Instructional Designers in Organizational Change Management
In this position, you will develop trusted relationships with client leadership and other influential individuals within the client organization. You will quickly understand the client’s business, situation, and desired outcome(s). And, you will coach the client on learning best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored learning solution that delivers value to the client and meets the client’s needs and expectations.
Organizational Change Management Consultants
To succeed in this position, you will anticipate, plan and lead OCM work efforts, including strategic change, technology adoption, and enterprise change management: scope identification, project planning and execution and, monitoring of OCM deliverables. You will also apply OCM experience in developing and implementing change enablement techniques and methods around leadership and change vision and metrics, executive alignment, stakeholder management, communications and engagement planning and execution, change impact analysis, change readiness, cultural alignment, sustainability plans, and learning.
