Senior Organizational Change Manager
To succeed in this role, you need to quickly build an understanding of the client’s business, situation and desired outcome(s). You will coach the client on OCM best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored OCM solution that delivers value to the client and meets the client’s needs and expectations. You will also assess, strategize, plan and execute the needed OCM activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and (ultimately) sustainment.
People and Change National Practice Lead
In this position, you will co-lead all aspects of our People and Change practice, while partnering with the current Practice Lead to define strategic direction for the practice leveraging industry and market trends (e.g., services strategy, marketing strategy, delivery capability, and more). You will also co-own and monitor the financial health of the practice (e.g., profitability, utilization, margin, and more), and support building a strong team of practitioners across Centric operating groups.
