Entrepreneurial. Inquisitive. Community Minded.
Do those words describe you? If so, Centric may be the right place for you.
We know that between exams, extracurricular activities and campus social events, you probably do not have time to read some dry, long-winded explanation about who Centric is and why you should work for us. So we’ll keep it short and sweet. Here’s the skinny on Centric – stop by and see us on your campus to learn more. See you soon!
Every project or client brings new things to learn, new people to get to know and new challenges to overcome. Consulting gives you the chance to experience different projects and clients or take a deep dive into an industry or project of interest. If you get bored easily with the status quo, consulting may be the career path for you.
Who is Centric?
We’re a business consulting and technology solutions company. We’re big enough to get to do interesting projects to do projects for clients in and outside of the Fortune 500. And we’re small enough that you won’t get lost in the shuffle. Learn more about us on Glassdoor, Facebook and Twitter.
What kind of person are you looking for?
Major or GPA is less important to us than who you really are. We are looking for people who are obsessed with providing clients with unmatched experiences. Are you inquisitive? An awesome communicator? Have an entrepreneurial mindset? Great! You may have what it takes to be a Centric consultant.
What about travel?
Unlike other consulting firms, our consultants are not forced to be road warriors. Most of our consulting positions are low travel and you will spend most of your time at a client site in your home city. Work/life balance is a good thing.
For those that are interested in travel, there are opportunities to pursue that as well. Just let us know where you want to go and what type of work you are looking to do. We do our best to match your aspirations with current project work to give you the experience you are looking for.
How can I learn more?
Come say hi at one of our upcoming campus events! We make every effort to meet with you where you are at throughout the hiring process so you have the chance to ask us what’s on your mind. Also, check us out on Glassdoor, Facebook and Twitter.
What offices are hiring? What positions?
We have full-time entry level openings in our Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus and Seattle offices as well as our national Oracle practice. (Not all offices are hiring all positions). A very limited number of internships and co-ops are also available.
How can I apply?
We conduct rolling interviews, both on-campus and by phone, each fall. While we would love to talk to everyone who applies, unfortunately, there are only so many hours in the day. Even if you were not selected to interview this past fall, you are always welcome to re-apply in the future. We are growing and anticipate having many more openings in the future.
Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting applications for December 2016 and May 2017 graduates and Summer 2017 interns. We will begin accepting applications again in August 2017.
But you’re not coming to my campus!
No worries! Have additional questions? Shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll go from there.
Anything else I should know?
Did we mention our company vacation trip? Centric sends every employee, and their guest, to go on a weekend getaway every January. Past trips have included Cancun, New Orleans and the Bahamas. Not too shabby!
Are you involved in the community?
Yes! From painting houses to tutoring to adaptive sports, there are plenty of opportunities for you to help others as a Centric team member.
Centric believes strongly in giving back – in fact, “Igniting a Passion for the Greater Good” is one of our core values. To learn more, check out some of our recent service events on Facebook and our blog.
