In this position, you will work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology. You will lead project team members and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences. You will also ensure project deliverables meet our Delivery Excellence expectations.
Organizational Change Management Specialist
In this role, you will need to quickly build an understanding of the client’s business, situation and desired outcome(s), as well as assess, strategize, plan and execute the needed Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and (ultimately) sustainment. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders in creating OCM strategies and plans and develop trusted relationships with client leadership and other influential individuals within the client organization.
Instructional Designer in Organizational Change Management
To thrive in this position, you need to be able to develop trusted relationships with client leadership and other influential individuals within the client organization. You need to quickly understand the client’s business, situation, and desired outcome(s). You will coach the client on learning best practices, lessons learned and trends while designing a tailored learning solution that delivers value to the client and meets the client’s needs and expectations. And you will utilize instructional design tools and methods to analyze, plan, develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate training programs.
In this role, you need to be able to develop and maintain business intelligence data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau. Your core responsibilities will be to develop high-performance data visualizations, reports and dashboards, and provide ad-hoc reporting. You will need to demonstrate a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and be comfortable with initial ambiguity and offer solutions to lead a Client down the right path.
