Here are this week’s featured positions; we’re hiring an Organization Design Consultant to join our National Operational Excellence team and a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Architect, and a Remote National Senior Operational Excellence Consultant (Contract only) to join our National People and Change team.
Organization Design Consultant
In this position, you will need to demonstrate deep knowledge, expertise and skills in consulting with clients on organization design and operations solutions within enterprise-wide, multinational corporations across various industries. You also need to be able to anticipate, plan and lead organization design work efforts, including translating strategy into design criteria and principles; work and process design; creating high-level operating models; defining business unit, function and teams; job and role design; architecting scorecards, metrics and reward systems; and finding ways to optimize the organization.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Architect
In this role, you will design, develop and deploy systems to support bot development, recommend and provide guidance to enhance performance for bots and systems, and provide ongoing operational RPA support (upgrades, defect fixes, process change activities) – as required per engagement. You will also participate in RPA design efforts (process analysis, value analysis, data analysis, and so on), lead solution design/solution architecture efforts, and use skills in an Agile or iterative software development environment, according to the needs of the client.
Remote National Senior Operational Excellence Consultant (Contract only)
To thrive in this position, you need to lead project engagements around process improvement and operational excellence. You need to understand our client’s organization and their specific business process issues and help establish and present solutions to bring value and results to the client. You will also implement process improvements and process excellence programs across our people, process, information (including metrics), and technology, and you will interview partners to establish success criteria and constraints.
