Marketing Coordinator, Content & Communications
In this position, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to and will be responsible for a wide range of activities to support the marketing team. Specifically, this includes proofreading or updating client intro decks, one-pagers, print ads and other sales / promotional material to meet brand guidelines and marketing goals. It also includes proofreading, updating and posting blog posts, client stories and press releases on our website as needed. You will assist in writing news posts, event abstracts, emails, press releases, blogs, and more. You will also help coordinate the development of new marketing materials as needed; prepare assets for internal marketing education such as newsletters, presentations, and templates; and provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing efforts.
Marketing Process Sr. Specialist
In this role, you will support our teams with a wide variety of operational and marketing tactics that could include the following: operations and strategy, staffing and reporting. Your will need to develop, document, maintain and implement best practices and fundamental processes across National Marketing (NM) to optimize efficiency, in partnership with other team members as needed; this could include project workflows and timelines. Other responsibilities include managing the development of all onboarding material and taking a central role in getting new hires on board and acclimated to the team, this includes training on team processes, tools and national onboarding efforts. You will also be responsible running reports on Marketing Team projects and utilization, approving time sheets, managing time codes and use cases as well as team training.
