Local Practice Leader: Operational Excellence
In this position, you will need to bring a proven track record of delivering successful Operational Excellence projects in a consulting environment across a variety of industries and functional areas. You will drive development, growth, and quality execution across our Operational Excellence Business Consulting capabilities. You will also provide thought leadership to drive sales and delivery of business consulting solutions for Operational Excellence.
In this role, you will support the sales team lead and drive business development, manage client accounts, hunt and farm opportunities for Salesforce consulting services and projects. You will leverage your network across industry verticals and geographies for networking and identifying new business opportunities, both individually and working collaboratively with other Centric business development colleagues. You will also write and present sales proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses, and you will be accountable for advancing Centric’s relationship with Salesforce account executives and members of the Salesforce user community (e.g., Salesforce User Groups).
