Here are this week’s featured positions; we’re hiring a Practice Lead and a Salesforce Lead to join our Miami team.
Practice Lead
In this position, you will drive the overall development, growth, and quality execution of our practice through a combination of:

- Business Development – Lead the strategy and execution of driving revenue for this practice area by identifying sales opportunities and managing the sales process through contract execution. This includes functioning in a collaborative team approach during pursuits while understanding how to deliver end-to-end programs that successfully deliver strategic value.
- Engagement Management and Delivery – Drive excellence in consulting delivery, staff key local projects, exceed client expectations, manage project economics and risks, and collaborate with clients on defining solutions.
- Practice Management – Actively participate in and support National Practice initiatives, methodology, tools, best practices, knowledge sharing and events; build local delivery team through recruiting, mentoring, and developing local talent and operating group resources; maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction.
Salesforce Lead
In this role, you will support the sales team lead and drive business development, manage client accounts, hunt and farm opportunities for Salesforce consulting services and projects. You will leverage your network across industry verticals and geographies for networking and identifying new business opportunities, both individually and working collaboratively with other Centric business development colleagues. You will also be responsible for writing and presenting sales proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses, and be accountable for advancing Centric’s relationship with Salesforce account executives and members of the Salesforce user community (for example, Salesforce User Groups).
