Senior Management Consultant – Business Strategy and Process Excellence
In this position, you will drive the development, growth and quality execution of all our business consulting capabilities. You will provide thought leadership to our clients and drive sales and delivery of business consulting solutions. You need to have consulting experience applying skills across a variety of industry and functional areas, working in small, flexible engagement teams. You will work directly with our senior leadership team and partner closely with other Centric practices on strategy and roadmap development, assessments, operational process improvements, and execution.
People and Change Management Consultant
To thrive in this role, you will need to quickly build an understanding of the client’s business, situation and desired outcome(s). You will need to coach the client on Organizational Change Management best practices, lessons learned and trends while designing a tailored OCM solution that delivers value to the client and meets the client’s needs and expectations. You will also assess, strategize, plan and execute the needed OCM activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and (ultimately) sustainment.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
In this role, you will schedule interviews and phones screens, as well as any additional assessments as appropriate for the roles, work directly with the Talent Acquisition team, candidates and hiring managers. You will update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, tracking all new hires, in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team while working cross functionally with HR where needed. You will also provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email and track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly and monthly report.
In this position, you will work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology. You will also lead project team members, and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences. You will partner with our clients to identify and resolve issues in a timely and transparent manner and ensure project deliverables meet our delivery excellence expectations.
