Centric Consulting’s weekly “Career Spotlight” features some of our most in-demand jobs.
We’re always looking for people who revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others. We’re looking for driven self-starters who want to add value to wherever you work.
Here are this week’s featured positions; we’re hiring a Senior Data Architect, People and Change Management Consultant, Program Manager and Senior Project Manager for our Chicago team.
Senior Data Architect
In this position, you will design modern architectures involving traditional BI, cloud and big data technologies. You will help guide full lifecycle data and analytics (D&A) solutions for our clients, including requirements analysis, platform selection, technical architecture design, development, testing and deployment. You will also profile and analyze source system data, design extract methodologies and document all D&A components of an overall solution architecture on large projects.
People and Change Management Consultant
In this role, you will quickly build an understanding of the client’s business, situation and desired outcome(s). You will coach the client on Organizational Change Management (OCM) best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored OCM solution that delivers value to the client and meets the client’s needs and expectations. You will also assess, strategize, plan and execute the needed OCM activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and (ultimately) sustainment.
Program Manager
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities and other dependencies across projects. You will perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project (approximately 75-100 percent utilization). You will also develop and manage program financials including forecasting, profitability, invoicing and expense management as well as maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (i.e., status reporting, issues management and risk management).
Senior Project Manager
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology. You need to lead project team members, and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences. You must also be able to partner with our clients to identify and resolve issues, in a timely and transparent manner.
