Operational Excellence Capability Lead
In this position, you will lead the delivery of Operational Excellence projects within our Cincinnati/Dayton/Louisville local business unit to create unmatched client experiences. To do this, you will lead the project delivery team, advise as a SME in at least one Core Capability, and provide delivery excellence to complex service offering (SO) projects. You will also provide direct delivery as a consultant in limited instances that are critical for short-term client success but do not detract from long-term local SO practice development and growth.
People and Change Development Lead
In this role, you will lead the sales and delivery efforts for the People and Change practice within our Cincinnati/Dayton/Louisville local business unit (BU) to create unmatched client sales and delivery experiences. To do this, you will represent the service offering (SO) in internal BU sales meetings, be a leader for all local SO-specific sales pursuits, and create client proposals, including solution scope, timeline, an estimate of effort, resources and investment. You will also structure engagements to meet project pricing and profitability targets.
Senior Manager – Boston
In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of complex projects and demonstrate outstanding delivery execution for the client. You need experience in account management, client engagement and project delivery. You will also lead team members and provide feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences.
Microsoft Partnership Marketing Specialist
To succeed in this position, you will need to use Microsoft marketing materials, programs and incentives according to Centric’s technology offerings. You will learn about Centric’s Microsoft technology offerings and act as the primary contact between the Microsoft Partnership team, technology teams and Marketing team. You will also develop an understanding of Microsoft technology team goals and new offerings and translate their needs into marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing.
